1/4 cup ( 1/2 stick) butter 1 clove garlic, minced Juice and grated zest of 1 lime 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup minced cilantro (about 1/2 bunch)
Preparation

Step 1 In a small pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until lightly browned. Add the lime juice and zest and remove from the heat. Add the salt and pepper. Let cool to warm and then add the cilantro. Set aside.
