3 tablespoons minced fresh thyme 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds 1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano 1 1/2 tablespoons sumac 1 1/2 teaspoons mild Aleppo pepper
Preparation

Step 1 In a bowl, combine the thyme, sesame seeds, oregano, sumac and pepper. The mixture will keep, loosely covered, in a cool, dry place up to several days.
