Ingredients
  • 1 cup (250 ml) shredded cabbage
  • 6 tablespoons (90 ml) tartar sauce (see Fish and Chips recipe)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 ml) white wine vinegar
  • 2 pieces hot fried fish
    • 2 hoagie loaves or
    • 1 baguette bread
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl, combine the cabbage, sauce and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Open the buns in half and add a fish piece and some coleslaw.
