3/4 to 1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Pinch of ground black pepper
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Put 2 pint glasses in the freezer to chill.
Place 3/4 cup of the milk, honey, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and pepper in a blender and blend to combine.
Add the ice cream and stir it into the milk mixture by hand. Blend thoroughly. If it’s too thick, add up to 1/4 cup more milk and blend again. Pour into the chilled glasses and enjoy immediately.
