Ingredients
  • 4 ripe pears, halved and cored (see note)
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
  • Preparation
  • Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.
  • On a large plate, drizzle the lemon juice onto the pears and coat with the honey.
  • Grill the fruit, cut side down, for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and continue cooking for 2 minutes or until tender to the tip of a knife.
