Melt the dark mint chocolate in a double boiler, over medium heat on the stove. Once melted, remove from ehat and dip in a cracker. Place on wax or parchment paper and let harden…viola, “Girl Scout Thin Mint Imposters!”
Repeat process with chocolate graham cracker and you have “Keebler Grasshopper Imposters!”
Note from Judy: When I make them, they are gone in a flash, as they are so good. Get fancy and add sprinkles or little swiggles of another color chocolate.
