Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) cottage cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) ground almonds
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation
  • With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Shape into 4 patties and place on an oiled baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 12 minutes. Finish cooking under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes, until the patties are golden brown.
  • Serve with a green salad or grilled vegetables (peppers, asparagus, zucchini ...).
