Ingredients
- 1 cup Karo Syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal, such as Rice Chex brand
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup peanut butter
Preparation
In a microwavable safe bowl add the cup of Karo syrup and heat for one minute.
Add the sugar and heat for another minute. Mixture will be hot. Immediately add the peanuts, peanut butter and six cups of Rice Chex Cereal. Stir until all is evenly coated. You want to work quickly because the mixture will start to cool and you want to get it formed.
On wax paper, use a spoon to form individual clusters on paper. Let cool and enjoy.
