2 cups cubed watermelon, preferably chilled
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
2 cups chilled Prosecco, divided
Place the watermelon, lime juice, and 1/4 cup of the Prosecco in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher. Divide the liquid between 2 glasses and top with the remaining Prosecco.
