1/2 oz (15 ml) apple vermouth

1/2 oz (15 ml) apple brandy

1/2 oz (15 ml) ice cider

3 tbsp crushed ice

1/2 cup (125 ml) sparkling apple must

Thinly sliced apple, to taste

In a champagne flute, combine the vermouth, brandy and cider. Add the ice. Top off with the apple must and garnish with apple slices.
