1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise (or a mixture of equal parts mayonnaise and yogurt)
2 tablespoons (30 ml) whole-grain mustard
2 tablespoons (30 ml) apricot jam, melted and cooled
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Keep refrigerated. Serve with the Crispy Chicken Fillets (see recipe).
