  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) toasted pine nuts
  • Salt and pepper
