  • 1 kg pork chops with the bones, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) untoasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) coriander seeds, ground
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) tomato paste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste
  • Vegetable oil
  • Preparation
  • In a bag, combine all the ingredients except for the vegetable oil. Seal and allow to marinate overnight in the refrigerator, ideally.
  • On a ridged skillet, cook the chops in a little vegetable oil on high heat. It can also be cooked on the grill on high heat.
  • Serve with a rice noodles salad.
