  • 1 cup (250 ml) guacamole
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) sour cream
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) Nordic shrimp (48 shrimp)
  • Fresh chives
  • Preparation
  • Spoon the guacamole into 16 shot glasses, about 15 ml (1 tablespoon) each.
  • Add 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of sour cream in each glass and top with 3 shrimps.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. If desired, sprinkle with finely chopped fresh chives.
