Combine the sauce ingredients in a small pot and simmer over medium heat to thicken and cook down the peaches.
Pre-heat the grill or a griddle pan.
Bake the bacon on a slotted broiler pan in a 375°F to crisp; chop.
Combine the turkey with the bacon bits, grated onion, salt, pepper, Worcestershire and mustard. Form six patties; drizzle each with oil and griddle or grill for 10 minutes to cook through.
On the roll bottoms, arrange the chopped lettuce, onions and pickles, and top with the burgers. Slather with the peach barbecue ketchup and set the bun tops in place.
