1/4 cup (60 ml) ketchup
1 tbsp (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp (5 ml) Dijon mustard
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour, chili powder and onion powder.
Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, whisking continuously. Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool.
