1 cup ice cubes

4 oz (125 ml) blood orange juice

3 oz (90 ml) vodka

2 oz (60 ml) pink grapefruit juice

1/2 oz (15 ml) maple syrup

2 tsp (10 ml) egg white

In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients and shake thoroughly.

Strain immediately into two martini glasses. Discard the ice.
