  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) rosé wine
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1 small shallot, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation
  • In a saucepan, bring the orange juice, wine and honey to a boil. Reduce to about 75 ml (1/3 cup) of liquid. Add the oil and shallot. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.
