Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) tomato–clam cocktail (Clamato)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) vodka
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • Hot pepper sauce to taste
  • Celery salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Celery seeds (optional)
  • Preparation
  • In a pitcher, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into popsicle moulds. Freeze for 4 to 5 hours.
  • If desired, dust with celery seeds just before serving.
