Ingredients
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 cup (250 ml) grated orange cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream
  • 12 stems chives, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Preparation
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp, and then chop finely. Set aside on paper towels.
  • In the same skillet, over low heat, melt the cheese with the cream.
  • Add the bacon and chives.
  • Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Serve with corn chips.
