  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
    • 2 cups (500 ml) fresh cranberries or
    • Frozen cranberries
  • Preparation
  • In a saucepan, bring the water, sugar and honey to a boil. Add the cranberries and return to a boil. Simmer over medium heat, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover and set aside for 15 minutes.
  • Serve warm or cold with turkey or pork.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
