Ingredients
  • 30 large carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 6 tablespoons (90 ml) butter
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation
  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook carrots until slightly al dente. Drain.
  • In a large bowl, combine carrots, butter and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm until ready to serve.
