In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients. Add the shrimp and allow to marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Preheat the grill, setting the burners on high. Drain the shrimp. Thread a shrimp on each skewer. Grill the shrimp until they change colour. Brush with the remaining marinade while grilling.
