  • 1 1/2 cups (285 g) cantaloupe, seeded and cut into small dice
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded and cut into small dice
  • 2 cups (320 g) cucumber, cut into small dice
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 60 ml (1/4 tasse) de coriandre fraîche ciselée finement
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) lime juice
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve the same day with corn chips.
