  • 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, halved
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
  • 2 large sheets of aluminum foil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation
  • Preheat the grill, setting the burners to medium.
  • Place the cauliflower, onion, and garlic in the centre of the doubled up aluminum foil square. Drizzle with the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Close to seal the foil. Cook on the grill for about 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
  • Serve with Grilled Pork Chops with Molasses and Lime.
