8 stalks celery, cut diagonaly into 1/2-inch (1-cm) pieces
20 cloves garlic, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
Fleur de sel or medium-coarse sea salt
2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped celery leaves
Preparation
With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
On a baking sheet, combine the celery, garlic and oil. Season with salt. Roast for about 10 minutes, stir, and roast for about 10 more minutes. Sprinkle with chopped celery leaves and adjust the seasoning.
Serve with grilled meats.
