Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream
  • Preparation
  • In a saucepan, cook the sugar and half the water until the mixture has a nice golden brown color. Add the remaining water and cream. Simmer for 2 minutes. Cool completely. Set aside.
