Ingredients
  • 1 cup (250 ml) cottage cheese
  • 1 cup (250 ml) grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (250 ml) grated mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 baguette, cut in half lengthwise
  • Preparation
  • With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine all cheeses. Season with salt and pepper. Remove a bit of the baguette crust. Keep for another use. Spread cheese on two baguette halves. Place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and bread is crisp and golden brown.
