  • 6 cups (1.5 litres) chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) orzo or other small pasta
  • 2 cups (500 ml) store-bought rotisserie chicken, diced
  • 4 cups (1 litre) chopped fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation
  • Bring the broth to a boil in a saucepan. Add the pasta and cook for about 8 minutes depending on the size of the pasta. Add the chicken and spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 2 minutes. Adjust the seasoning. Add more broth as needed.
