  • 2 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 sesame bagels
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) mustard
  • 4 slices yellow cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation
  • With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the chicken and bacon slices side by side on the baking sheet. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes or until everything is cooked. Turn the chicken over halfway through cooking. Drain the bacon on paper towels. Set the chicken aside and let cool. Thinly slice the cooled chicken.
