Ingredients
  • 1 bag (500 g) frozen whole edamame (soybeans) in the pod
  • 2 tsp fleur de sel
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 lime, the finely grated zest
  • Preparation
  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the edamame for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Pat dry and place in a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle with the fleur de sel, chili powder and lime zest, and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
