3 teaspoons Chinese mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons light sesame oil
1/2 cup rice vinegar
3 to 4 tablespoons peanut oil
Salt, pepper
Preparation
Step 1 Blend together the egg yolk, mustard, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, peanut oil and salt and pepper to taste until smooth. Store in the refrigerator while you make the salad.
