1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream

2 tablespoons (30 ml) unsalted butter

1/4 cup (60 ml) corn syrup

5 oz (150g) chopped sweet chocolate

In a saucepan, bring the cream, butter and corn syrup to a boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Whisk in the chocolate. Refrigerate. Serve warm.
