Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 cups (430 ml) lightly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) 35% whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter, salted
  • Preparation
  • In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook for about 10 minutes or until a candy thermometer reads 116 °C (240 °F), stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from the heat and let cool.
