Ingredients
  • 6 cups (1.5 litres) cranberry juice cocktail
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) dark rum
    • 1 vanilla bean, halved or
    • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
  • Preparation
  • In a punch bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the soda and ice.
  • Chill one hour in the refrigerator.
  • Add the soda and ice cubes just before serving.
