1 cup (250 ml) orange juice
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 sprig rosemary
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
Dust the tenderloins with flour. In a saucepan, sear them in the butter and oil.
Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Bake for about 20 minutes for medium rare.
Slice the tenderloins and serve with good mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes.
