Ingredients
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • ½ to 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 500 ml (2 cups) fresh cilantro
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) lime juice
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation
  • In a food processor, finely chop the onions, garlic and pepper. Add the cilantro and lime juice and chop until coarse. Add the oil and mix thouroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Delicious with white fish, grilled chicken, or grilled steak.
