Ingredients
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) cinnamon or cocoa powder
  • Cappuccino, freshly made
  • Preparation
  • On a thin cardboard or a piece of parchment paper, draw a heart shape of about 2.5-cm (1-inch). Cut out the centre of the heart to get a stencil.
  • Gently place the stencil on the cappuccino foam. With a small fine sieve, dust about 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of cinnamon or cocoa to cover the surface of the heart.
  • Carefully remove the stencil. Voila! Great for Valentine's Day (or every morning) to offer to your loved ones.
