3/4 cup (180 ml) 35% whipping cream

1 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) vanilla extract

1 pinch ground cinnamon

In a large cold bowl, whip the cream, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until soft peaks form. Use to top pancakes, sliced fruit or our chocolate hazelnut cream cocktail (see recipe).
