Ingredients
  • 6 cups (1.5 litre) Yukon Gold potatoes peeled and cubed (about 8 medium potatoes)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk, approximately
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation
  • In a large saucepan, cook the potatoes and garlic in salted boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain.
  • With a masher, mash the potatoes and garlic with the butter. Then, with an electric mixer, purée the mixture with the milk. Adjust the seasoning.
