Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped capers
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Dijon or whole-grain mustard (or to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Green or red Tabasco sauce, to taste
  • 1/2 lb (225 g) skinless salmon fillet, very fresh, finely chopped with a knife
  • Chopped fresh chives, for garnish
  • Salt
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chives, capers, mustard, lime juice and Tabasco sauce. Add salmon. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Place on seaweed chips, if desired.
