2 cups (500 ml) clementine juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)
1 packet gelatin
1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
Preparation
In a measuring cup, pour 60 ml (1/4 cup) of clementine juice. Sprinkle the gelatin over the juice and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
Add the sugar and melt in the microwave oven for 1 to 2 minutes or until the mixture becomes translucent. Stir well to make sure that the sugar and gelatin have dissolved. Add the remaining juice and stir well.
Pour the mixture into small glasses or bowls. Let your jelly set in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
