1 cup (250 ml) clementine juice (about 10 clementines)
2/3 cup (150 ml) sugar
2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
1 clementine, sliced
Preparation
In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Cool slightly and strain through a fine sieve. Cover and refrigerate until completely chilled, about 3 hours.
