  • 3 cups (750 ml) store-bought vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 recipe raw Chocolate Chips Cookie dough, chilled
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream, whipped
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl, soften the ice cream with a wooden spoon. With your hands, break the cookie dough into small pieces and add to the ice cream. Freeze in an airtight container for about 2 hours.
  • Serve in ice cream sundaes.
  • If desired, garnish with whipped cream and serve with whole or crushed chocolate chip cookies.
