60 ml (1/4 cup) chopped chives
Preparation
With the rack in the lowest position, preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Generously butter 12 muffin cups.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir into the dry ingredients until just blended.
Spoon into the muffin cups. Bake for about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
