With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and add the butter. Stir until the mixture is the texture of coarse sand. Using your fingers, arrange small mounds of dough (about 15 ml/1 tablespoon) on the cookie sheet, pressing gently. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes. Let cool.
Store in an airtight container.
