Ingredients
  • 1/4 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices country or loaf bread
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) mayonnaise
  • Veggie pâté, homemade or store-bought, sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl, combine the cucumber, radishes and celery. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the mayonnaise on the bread slices. Top with the veggie pâté. Garnish with the vegetables. Close the sandwiches.
