  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) harissa sauce (see note)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground turmeric
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3/4 lb (350 g) sliced Chinese fondue chicken
    • 30 Popsicle sticks, soaked in water for 30 minutes or
    • 30 small wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • Preparation
  • With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick aluminum foil.
