  • 3 1/2 oz (100 g) dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) 2% (minimum) plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chocolate curls (optional)
  • Preparation
  • Place the chocolate in a bowl. Set aside.
  • In a saucepan, bring the milk and sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved. Pour over the chocolate. Let stand for 1 minute without stirring.
  • With a whisk, stir the mixture until smooth. Cool slightly and stir in the yogurt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Stir again and divide into portions. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
