9 large medjool or other dates (about 6 ounces), pitted and chopped
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Step 1 Combine the dates, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in a food processor or mixer. Process until smooth. Remove the date butter to a small bowl and refrigerate until somewhat firm.
